“We had a lovely time. I appreciate the chef's effort is bringing Chinese food to a fine dining level in the Netherlands. The flavours were interesting and tasty. I would've liked to see more influence from different regions of Chinese, however, more than the usual Catanese and Sichuan, which are of course now the more accepted profiles in the West.”
